Studio M Foods!
Terry Stettner and I (Maria Garman) met over fifteen years ago. I had a passion for cooking at an early age and got my first job at a French restaurant at the tender age of fifteen. After working my way through the ranks and becoming one of the youngest Executive Chefs of Quisett (A busy Main Line, PA restaurant back in the early eighties), I decided it was time to focus on my new life as a wife and mother so I sought a job at the beautiful Joseph Ambler Inn in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania.
 When I applied for the job as Corporate Chef, I could have never guessed that the manager and soon-to-be part-owner of the Inn would turn out to be a life-long business partner. Terry welcomed the idea of teaching cooking classes from the Inn and once they took off I was hooked on the idea of creating a haven for all food lovers. I wanted a relaxed, fun-filled cooking class were students and teacher alike could learn a trick or two but I also wanted food available for every foodie that needed a break from the time it takes to prepare. So, instead of buying a typical restaurant, Terry and I joined forces to create Studio M Foods a unique take out shop where you can run in, grab tonight’s dinner and zip home to pop it in the oven or microwave. We pride ourselves in making everything on site and only using the finest ingredients available. The food is made with love and balance for the most basic tastes to the more extreme . . . just like the variety of tastes you would find at any dinner table.
It is our dream that Studio M Foods will become a place our customers will frequently visit and realize that, without the hefty price tag, they have their own personal chef!
