Q.) How does it work?
A.) It works three ways: pick up, drop off or full service as described below.

Pick Up:

There is no minimum order for pick-up. We’ll cook, arrange, and package your catered items with easy reheating instructions, when applicable.  Pick up times will be prearranged and we kindly ask for at least twenty-four-hour advance notice on catering orders.

All catered food is prepared at Studio M Foods. Minimum orders for Monday-Friday drop-off $100.00, Saturday-Sunday drop-offs $250.00.  Studio M Foods usually delivers within a 15 mile radius of our store. For longer deliveries, a $400.00 minimum order is required. An 18% fee will be applied which covers delivery and set up of our chafing dishes, use of our serving utensils and artistic display of hot and cold buffets. A $15.00 pick up fee will be charged for any party requiring a return visit for non-disposable items.

Full Service:

Studio M Foods will deliver food and arrange staffing to assure that your event is memorable from start to finish. Fees for staff members range from $25.00 - $30.00 per hour with a minimum requirement of 4 hours for each person. Chef fees are $30.00 per hour. We can also provide rental equipment. Rates vary depending on equipment needed. Paper products are not included in the pricing but may be purchased separately.

Ordering is simple.  Call Studio M Foods at 215-368-2512.  Because it is our goal to provide you with outstanding service and food, we will only take a limited amount of parties at one time.  We suggest you call early to reserve your date. If you have a unique request and do not see it on the menu, feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to customize a menu for you.  We encourage appointments to discuss your selections and quantities. We will be happy to do site inspections for more complicated parties.  It is our mission to treat each customer’s event as if it were our own.  With over 20 years of culinary experience, we’ll set your mind at ease.

Deposits:

A deposit of $200.00 is required to secure your date.  The remainder of the deposit is payable one (1) week prior to your event at the time your final counts are due.  Any miscellaneous costs incurred on the day of the party are due at the end of the event.

Cancellations:

For more information on our catering services, give us a callEvents must be canceled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund.  Events canceled less than 7 days prior to the event will be payable in full.

Pricing:

We reserve the right to change the pricing in keeping with a fluctuating market.  All price changes will be communicated in writing.
