Chef and Co-Owner, Maria Garman, offers her professional expertise from the vantage point of a uniquely positioned, full-scale kitchen complete with overhead closed-circuit TV so participants can see exactly what she is doing “on stage.” Demo style classes also offer participants full sets of recipes and samples of the evening’s fare.
