I wanted to comment about a few of the food selections you had for a friend’s order last week. The Bailey’s brownie crumble was delicious. The pasta salad was delicious, it was some of the best I’d ever tasted. Dressing and seasoning were perfect!

I had to write to thank you for the wonderful food for the dinner party on Friday. Everything was delicious -- your heating directions were perfect, and your special little touches (such as the lemon and raspberry garnish for the chicken and the pretty canape tray) were appreciated!
One couple surprised me by showing up with two sons, but I still had plenty of food to go around. Thank you for your generous portions as well!!

Thanks so much for the wonderful class tonight with the other Temple Univ. Students. I enjoyed myself and have been looking for a place where I could learn to cook quick and easy meals as I am always on the go and am tired of eating the same things all the time. You made the recipes look so easy and added entertainment along with the evening. I am full but have some goodies for tomorrow night. I plan to come back and take a few other courses on Tuesday evenings in the coming weeks. Thanks again and I am going to pass the word to all my friends!
